Bee and Pollinator Research Lab
Bee and Pollinator Research Lab

Twin Cities Campus

The new Bee and Pollinator Research Lab ( Bee Lab) has replaced the block building on the NW edge of the St. Paul Campus. The Bee Lab was built as a state-of-the-art academic research laboratory to facilitate groundbreaking work on bee health and biodiversity. It provides space to advance research activities, train the next generation of scientists, and serves as an outreach facility that fosters meaningful dialogue on food security, and the health of both rural and urban agriculture. The research, office, and support spaces are flexible, with adequate utilities, environmental controls, and modern safety measures to accommodate the needs of the current researchers, bees, and evolving research programs.
