Duluth Campus:  ​​The two stories of Library Annex space is largely unusable. The Annex abuts the Labovitz College of Business and Economics, which lacks any space for a Sales Center. The new professional sales major is one of the fastest growing majors within LSBE. If the ventilation systems were upgraded in the entire Library Annex space, and a portion of the space on the second floor built out for a Sales Center (and connected through an adjoining wall to LSBE), the Annex would be available for additional space utilization to support the library’s needs as well as other programming. The renovated space will be heavily utilized by students, classes, programming, staff and the business community.​
