Twin Cities Campus | East Bank
This project demolishes, renovates and constructs a new Health Sciences Education Center for the Academic Health Center at the current site of VFW/ Masonic Memorial and Phillips-Wangensteen Building on the Twin Cities East Bank Campus. The project focuses on the construction of a new 7 story building (5 above grade) and interior renovation of approximately 3 floors in the Phillips-Wangensteen Building. The total project will incorporate Active Learning Classrooms, Simulation a Knowledge Management (Library), Student Services as well as a variety of Student Study Spaces, an Inter-Professional Lounge and Event Space and Café.
