Duluth Campus: The Duluth campus Main Production Kitchen (MPK) was designed in 1971. The existing kitchen is more than fifty years old, and other than some equipment replacement and minor additions, the space is sized and orientated to support an operational model that no longer fits the culinary needs of the modern university student.
Duluth: New HVAC systems, fire life safety upgrades, ADA accessibility issues, hazardous material abatement and finishes for the existing 1970 building on the Duluth campus.
Duluth Campus - This project will be a 3,390 SF update for the Medical School in the existing University-owned building on the first floor at 1035 University Drive.

Duluth Campus
The Chemical Sciences and Advanced Materials Engineering Building (CAMS) is approximately 56,000 gross square feet. The building will house research laboratories, instructional laboratories, office and meeting space.
Duluth Campus - Renovation of the facility included the demolition of the entire 3rd floor, as well as the installation of a new HVAC, fire alarm system, and plumbing system.
