Crookston Campus

The Owen Hall project is an interior remodel of the existing high-bay garage warehouse, which will repurpose the space into a multi-station research laboratory. The project will remodel approximately 6,600 gsf: 4,000 gsf within the existing warehouse and construction of a second floor mezzanine, which will add approximately 1,600 gsf of lab space. The new lab will provide much needed laboratory research space.
