Twin Cities Campus | East Bank - Both spaces are located on the First Floor of the Arena. In the strength training area, the project renovated 6,700 square feet by opening the space for better coach sightlines to training regimens, re-organization of equipment to maximize space efficiency, the introduction of a shooting station (nonexistent today), and updated branding/finishes.

Twin Cities | East Bank - The project area comprises 3.2 acres in the residential Superblock on the Minneapolis East Bank Campus between Harvard and Oak Streets.

Twin Cities Campus | East Bank - The Recovery Suite was created by renovating approximately 1,400 GSF of the existing second floor mezzanine in the Larson Football Performance Center within Athletes Village.

Twin Cities Campus | East Bank - This Project integrates several utility and roadway improvement needs into one coordinated design and construction effort.

Twin Cities Campus | East Bank - This project renovated the existing 7,000 gross square foot (gsf) volleyball area.

Twin Cities Campus - The new facility consists of 5,075 gross square feet (gsf) of office and support spaces.

Twin Cities Campus | East Bank - This project renovated and added approximately 19,280 gsf of laboratory, office, and conference room space at the CMRR building.

Twin Cities Campus | St. Paul  - This project constructed three unique spaces designed for active learning.

Twin Cities Campus | East Bank

This Project converted 3415 SF of underutilized space for mass spectrometer and support. CCRB has an immediate need to locate a new mass spectrometer, and plans to install 8 additional mass spectrometers in the near future. 

Twin Cities | East Bank

This project renovated 12,000 gross square feet of existing lab space, including the extension of walls to structure and modifications to HVAC systems to accommodate BSL2 lab practices.
