The new facility consists of 5,075 gross square feet (gsf) of office and support spaces, including open office workstations for 16 staff as well as lockers and breakroom for the field and grounds crew and horticulturalists at the Landscape Arboretum. In addition, 4,250 gsf of enclosed maintenance bays and shop space allow for ongoing repairs and maintenance of grounds machinery and vehicles onsite. The total project is approximately 9,325 gsf. In addition to the new building, this project makes required upgrades to deficient septic systems and infrastructure.
