This Project is new construction on two University owned parcels at the intersection of 16th Avenue SE and 4th Street SE. The building is a 12,000 GSF single-story structure housing preschool, toddler, and infant care space in affiliation with the YMCA. Playgrounds located south of the building will be outfitted by the YMCA.
