Duluth Campus

This project will be a 3,390 SF update for the Medical School in the existing University-owned building on the first floor at 1035 University Drive. It will merge two classrooms into a single classroom with expanded seating capacity (90 seats). The footprint of the space will allow for a new student lounge and three additional small group rooms to support student learning and wellness. Upgrades to the current atrium space will be included to provide more flexible study and collaboration space as well as improved technology.
