The lower level of Blakely Hall will be affected by this renovation work, renovating 4,880 gsf. Spaces to be provided include: two classrooms, seminar room with video technology, curriculum room, gender neutral restrooms, custodial room, and new spaces created in transitional spaces: collaboration space/individual work areas. A major challenge of this renovation is creating new HVAC systems while maintaining existing systems for the second level and third level (to be renovated at a later date).
