Revising the Landscape Arboretum entrance location with parking expansion and site reconfiguration modication to better acoommodate the revised traffic flow. The final design effort will be necessary to position the U of M to deliver a project necessitated by both event traffic mitigation needs and improvements to Highway 5. In addition, the revised site plan needs to ready the Arboretum for a very large operational change which includes event management operations of a pay-on-exit approach during high volume events.
