The St. Paul campus will be a visible and visionary link between the University’s land grant mission, the community, the state of Minnesota, and the world. It will proudly demonstrate the sustainable intersections of urban and rural environments, natural ecosystems and technology, and applied knowledge and academic discovery in a culture where all individuals are valued, respected, provided an opportunity to flourish, and unobstructed in their pursuit of excellence. The University units that will occupy and manage spaces in the new building and participate as stakeholders in the project include Student Unions and Activities for student union spaces,  University of Minnesota Libraries for library spaces, M Food Co. for campus dining spaces, University of Minnesota Bookstores for bookstore spaces, College of Continuing and Professional Studies for two classroom spaces
