Project intention is to create a modern space that promotes collaborative engagement for employees with use of updated technology, enhanced suite privacy, and additional levels of security access.Upgrade building systems and infrastructure, including accessibility, technology, and sustainability improvements to current standards: ADA accessibility upgrades,  HVAC system improvements  and plumbing improvements.
