Office of Information Technology (OIT) needs to vacate its current location at 2218 University Ave SE, in which the Department will consolidate / relocate to the University Park Plaza (UPP) building. The Project will conduct a select renovation of approximately 24,000 sq ft located throughout the Basement, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors of UPP. The majority of the renovation includes updated office, conference spaces, IDF, bathrooms, and kitchenette spaces along with OIT equipment service space.
