Twin Cities Campus:  Originally constructed in 1939, Coffman Memorial Union (CMU) is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing element to the Northrop Mall Historic District. The last major renovation of the building occurred from 1999-2003. The UMTC Student Unions Feasibility Study, completed in 2021, identified programmatic objectives to improve socializing, entertainment, dining & retail experiences, event spaces, and the experience of building visitors.
