Eddy Hall Renovation
Built in 1886 as the Mechanic Arts Building, Eddy Hall is the oldest University building standing and is a contributing element to the Old Campus Historic District. Eddy Hall sits prominently on the edge of The Knoll and is situated along the student services corridor, providing visibility and accessibility for the students served.
The Eddy Hall project will renovate the 26,575 gross square foot building for the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) for an Educational Opportunity (Student Service) Center to serve current and prospective University and CEHD students. The programs moving to the building will be CEHD Student Services, Common Grounds Consortium, FirstGen Institute and TRIO.
