Twin Cities Campus: A detailed security evaluation with was completed to study all 13 residential halls on campus which included risk-based ranking highest to lowest priority needs of the full sites including interior and exterior evaluation. This paved the way for future projects to improve overall safety. Pioneer Hall was the first project to have the security turnstiles implemented. Meadowbrook Hall and 17th Ave followed to complete main lobby renovations to further set the new design intent which included new security gates that require U Card access and renovating the main desks to support site lines and allow control of the gates. Other scope items included adding security cameras, video monitors, intercom systems, secure Deister key lock boxes, door alarming, meeting ADA requirements and more efficient layouts for main desk support spaces. Most recently completed projects included multiple site locations for congruent design and construction coordination which had to occur over summer 2025 prior to fall semester student housing move in which included the following locations: Centennial, Frontier, Keeler, Sanford, Territorial and Wilkins
